In this case, the petitioner is a retired jeep driver who is entitled to the 2nd M.A.C.P. but, the same has been deprived to him. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his matter along with others is under consideration before the District Magistrate, Nawada.

Let the District Magistrate, Nawada take a final decision in the matter with regard to entitlement of the M.A.C.P. to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
