Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 26.06.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 21854 of 2018.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this second anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
