JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the sister of the informant, namely, Radhe Devi was married with brother of the petitioners, namely, Amrit Singh ten to twelve years ago. Later on, accused persons have started torturing her for demand of Motorcycle. It is further alleged that on 07.06.2018 the informant got information that his sister was killed and dead body was also disappeared. He and others went at village-Baraon and started to

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are alleged to be brothersin-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place after 10-12 years of marriage. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45666 of 2018 order dated 06.08.2018. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VII, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 1457 of 2018, subject to
