The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.90 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

It is alleged that the police has recovered 120 bottles of Codeine Phosphate & Triprolidine Hydrocloride syrup (onerex), each containing 100 ml., from the vehicle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2025. 4.

Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
