The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,353,427,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is headmaster of the school of which a girl student had complained against a teacher regrarding misbehavior and sexual harassment. The present FIR would reveal that the petitioner and others due to some dispute relating to examination committed abuse and assault.

Submission is that for previous occurrence the petitioner and others gone to the headmaster to lodge protest and just to pressurize false case has been lodged. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.49291 of 2018(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 779 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
