The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawakol P.S.Case No.295 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 30 ltrs. of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than one year year and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him and also undertakes not to tamper with the evidence.. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.75496 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P.S.Case No.295 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in disposal of the case.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
