2. Heard Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Parmeshwar Mehta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.

3. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Deo PS Case No.73 of 2019 dated 06.06.2019, instituted under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioners, who are Ward Councillors, is of giving full amount in advance to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78377 of 2019(8) dt.28-09-2020 2/2 Contractor under the Mukhyamantri Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojana, without any work having been done within the stipulated period.

5. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that he be permitted to withdraw the application.

6. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
