This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Supaul P.S. Case No.807 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 370, 379 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer of the petitioners for grant of regular bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.05.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.10997 of 2024.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have kidnapped a minor girl on the point of gun for human trafficking. The petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2022 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84386 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 04.09.2022 respectively.

Mr. Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the trial has begun and three witnesses have already been examined in the trial. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and the fact that the trial is proceeding as well as the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. reported as 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
