The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Musarigharari P. S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR that on 19.03.2019 at about 11.25 p.m. when the informant, an employee in Arohan Financial Limited was returning towards Samastipur near Hanuman Mandir, three miscreants snatched his bag containing Rs.93,450/- in cash, Debit Card, Pan Card, Voter Card, etc. and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
