2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 324(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, while son of the informant alongwith three persons were visiting in the fair, the accused persons including the petitioner were doing molestation and on objection, they assaulted Aditya Tiwari, Banarasi Tiwari and Banty Tiwary by knife causing injuries to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the injuries sustained to the injured persons are simple in nature. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the allegation of molestation is

He further submits that the accused persons with their family members had gone to fair but the members of the prosecution side started misbehaving with them due to which some altercation took place and the informant filed the false case against the petitioner. Petitioner is a young boy aged about 21 years. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No. 78 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) AjayMishra/- U T
