The petitioner seeks bail in Mahendia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, instituted for the offences under Section(s) 387of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of this petitioner has come in the written report merely on the basis of suspicion. The caller on the mobile had disclosed his name as Ganeshji.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has been framed in this case but no any witness has been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50431 of 2018 (3) dt.01-10-2018 of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Arwal, in Mahendia P.S.
