The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended in the present case from some other case. He was never put on T.I. Parade during the course of investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75456 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below; and (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
