1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate order/direction /writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the concerned respondents for returning the charge of Vikash Mitra to the petitioner of Dighwa Dubauli south cluster under the Baikunthpur block of the Gopalganj.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to give the due payment to the petitioner with interest for the work done by her as Vikash Mitra of the above mentioned cluster from January, 2015 to December, 2020."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
