2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024, registered for offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the victim. The petitioner is one of them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has been in custody since 18.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari, or the concerned Court below, in connection with Pipra P.S.
