JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given several dagger blows to informant as well as two others but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant as well as other injured sustained simple injury though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. He further submits that as a matter of fact, the alleged occurrence took place due to petty dispute and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 28.09.2019 and the investigation of this case has already been completed.

Case No. 102 of 2019.
