The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 364 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely Md. Gyas and Md. Parwej Alam have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34103 of 2017 on 06.09.2017.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52590 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
