Case No. 386 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Rahmat Ali who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 29142 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
