JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 417 of 2018 dated 18.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
With respect to an occurrence which had led to blockade of the road, the police party intervened and with the intervention of the police party, the blockade was removed. Later, some comment was made by the petitioners and others on the social media which had the potency of

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account that persons with similar allegations have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42244 of 2019, the petitioners also, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S.
