This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Samastipur Cyber P.S. Case No.19 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 55(D) of the Information Technology Act.

Cryber criminals have taken out Rs.43,800/- from the account of the petitioner on five occasions. 4.

During investigation, incriminating materials have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner's involvement has been found in the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84878 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
