Patna High Court CWJC No.18732 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/3 on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Prashant Pratap, learned GP-2 for the State; Mr. Bajrangi Lal, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 and Mr. Ram Yash Singh, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- a. For directing the Respondent Sasaram Municipal Corporation to grant two promotions to the petitioners first on completion of ten years and second on completion of 25 years of service.

b. For payment of arrears pursuant to grant of promotion on completion of ten years and second on completion of 25 years of service.

c. For any other relief / reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file individual comprehensive representation on behalf of the petitioners before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no.4) and the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sasaram (respondent no.5).

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram is directed to take a conscious decision in accordance with the several government circulars, as well as, the Central Government scheme being adopted by the State Government

Patna High Court CWJC No.18732 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 3/3 and the Municipal Corporations from their effective date. If the petitioners are found entitled, they should be granted relief as prayed for in the present writ petition well within a period of four weeks.

5. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
