2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsing Sarai P. S. Case No. 260 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 117(2), 118(1), 303(2), 103(1), 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to be the order giver and alleged to have attempted to assault informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no injury report of informant on the record which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the non-availability of injury report, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalsing Sarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsing Sarai P. S. Case No. 260 of 2025.
