2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. From perusal of the statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the age of the victim was assessed to be 19 years. He has further submitted the victim went with the petitioner with her own sweet will and solemnized her marriage with him. Both the parties has also compromised

5. Learned APP for the state has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
