2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order as contained in Memo No. 1762/G. Pro. Aurangabad dated 23.10.2024 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Aurangabad whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganwari Sevika and further direction has been given to the C.D.P.O., Goh to recover 22 month salary from the petitioner.

3. At the outset, learned Advocate for the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.18704 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 submits that since the petitioner has appropriate alternative remedy of appeal before the Collector of the concerned district, the writ petition ought not to be entertained.

4. Having heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has appropriate alternative remedy of appeal before the Collector, the writ petition stands disposed off, with the liberty aforesaid to assail the impugned order.
