2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is a case of dowry death . Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date of occurrence , he was not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83526 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 present at his house . Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . He further submits that deceased herself commit suicide by hanging in the room.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that this petitioner is husband of the deceased who died an unnatural death at her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2024 .
6. Considering the fact that the victim died an unnatural death at her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage , the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
