The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 100 litres of illicit Mahua liquor from an auto rickshaw which was being driven by the petitioner no. 1 and the petitioner no. 2 was found sitting there.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76211 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case . It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedents and they are languishing in custody since 09.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019.
