2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.91 of 2024 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 lodged on 07.04.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 323 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65936 of 2023 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 29.04.2024, but till date, trial has not been concluded. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84024 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 specifically mentioned that on earlier occasion, it has been submitted by the Counsel for the informant that there is one criminal antecedent of the petitioner in this case. But, the said case was lodged against the father of the petitioner and not against the petitioner. Counsel also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State submits that charge has already been framed in this case and six months have been lapsed since the date of framing of charge.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-IX, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Trial No.91 of 2024 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
