JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents specially respondent no. 5 to initiate encroachment proceedings against the respondent no. 7 who has forcibly encroached upon the land pertaining to Khata No. 1632, Khesra No. 3312, situated at Mauza Ramchandrapur, Thana No. 06, District-Lakhisarai, which is a government land and is recorded in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1531 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/3 the name of 'Bihar Sarkar".
ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to free the land in question from encroachment after initiating Encroachment proceedings against the respondent No. 7 in accordance with the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
iii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents specially respondent no. 5 to pass appropriate orders restraining the respondent no. 7 from making construction over the land in question which is a government land and the respondent no. 7 is continuing with the construction and in case of objections from the petitioner or other villagers, threatens of adverse consequences.
iv. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.
6 to take appropriate action and register an FIR against the respondent no. 7 who is a land mafia and in an endeavor to grab government lands is involved in the illegal selling and purchase of the government land in question and for creating forged sale deeds."

After some arguments, the learned
Patna High Court CWJC No.1531 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 3/3 counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mahanpur, Pipriya, Lakhisarai, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
