The petitioner seeks bail in Birpur P.S. Case No. 14/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 384 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2018. He is not named in the written report. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Name of this petitioner has come during investigation merely on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
