JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State via video conferencing and perused the case-diary.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahajitpur P. S. Case No.108 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 366A, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that it would be evident from perusal of the case-diary that main allegation is against co-accused Pradeep Kumar, Ankaj Kumar and Shailesh Kumar. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioners that they have been implicated because they happen to be the father and mother respectively of co-accused Pradeep Kumar.

No.75634 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the material on record, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-VI, Saran in Sahajitpur P. S. Case No.108 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
