Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1165 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of demand of motorcycle and Rs.01 lach in cash for that stopping food and the articles of the necessity as well as ousted her from the house and it is also alleged that they have taken her thumb impression on the plain paper.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and before a Panchayat there was agreement between the parties and the

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Samastipur District Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No.1165 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the complaint case and appear as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
