That this an application for issuing writ(s) order(s) Direction(s) for quashing the order dated 21.02.2022 vide Reference No.- 1117 for imposing punishment against the applicant for departmental enquiry conducted by the opposite party No.- 2 & 3 and awarded punishment to step two increment of the salary under provision of the Bihar Government Service and Control appeal Rules 2006 by Rules 14 clause 6 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.425 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 Rules."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.2.2022, passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority and a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, shall be passed within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
