Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2019. He was never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
