2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 118, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(4)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant was standing in his field, in the meanwhile, petitioner no. 6 (Kanchan Sah) came and started

No.92 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 abusing him, due to which, an altercation took place and petitioner Kanchan Sah wrapped rope around the neck of informant and pushed him down and started pressing his neck by rope and two unknown persons were also with the petitioner, who caught the hand of informant and petitioner no. 6 Kanchan Sah was pressing the neck of informant. In the meanwhile, petitioner no. 1 (Lilawati Devi) inflicted knife blow on the neck of informant due to which he sustained bleeding injury. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 2 to 5 started assaulting the informant by danda, fists and slaps and leg. It is alleged that petitioner no. 6 Kanchan Sah and petitioner no. 1 Lilawati Devi took out gold-chain and cash of Rs. 8500/-from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case in order to save their skin from Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, which was lodged by petitioner no. 1 (Lilawati Devi) against informant and others. He further submits that there is delay of two days in lodging the F.I.R. and there is no plausible explanation of delay. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
