In the light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971
Patna High Court MJC No.3429 of 2023(5) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 the present contempt application is not maintainable.
2. In identical matter, Co-ordinate Bench had passed a detailed order in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha and Ors. vs. The Union of India and Ors. (MJC No. 1840 of 2023 decided on 24.07.2023). Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy under writ jurisdiction, in accordance with law.
