Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 506, 386, 387, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 444 of 2019.
