JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however it is prayed that the Collector, Vaishali be directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 6-E of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 for release of the vehicle. In view of the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Collector, Vaishali to dispose of the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle within a period of four weeks from today, in case such an application has been filed.
