2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 71 of 2022.
3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that while rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No. 90029 of 2024, it was observed by this Court that if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. According to submission of the learned cousnel, the trial is still pending and the petitioner is in custody for more than three years.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 71 of 2022/Tr.No.626 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date.
