A show cause has been filed on behalf of the State. It is submitted by the Opposite parties that entire admissible dues in terms of the order dated 18.6.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1632 of 2015 has been paid to the petitioner. The said position is not disputed by the Counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the authorities for interest on the dues which have been paid to him.
This Court would find that there is no such direction
Patna High Court MJC No.3044 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 in the order passed in the writ proceedings for grant of interest to the petitioner. There is no need for keeping the instant contempt proceeding pending since the substantial order has been complied with.
The contempt proceeding is dropped.
