Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.Case No. 93 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per FIR is that while informant was laying foundation the petitioner and other accused persons appeared there and started abusing and assaulting the informant by fists and slaps and petitioner has made firing of five rounds and informant entered inside the house and saved himself.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and though there is allegation of firing but that did not hit anyone and petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52141 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 in custody for more than five months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.Case No. 93 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
