JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 448, 326, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. From perusal of the F.I.R. it is crystal clear that nothing specific attributed or leveled against these lady petitioners regarding assault, however, petitioners have no

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Considering the nature of the allegations against these lady petitioners who are female members of the family, the submission that both the parties are co-villagers and own gotias and further that there is a counter case also and the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place due to a dispute over selling of illicit liquor which may be allegedly being traded by the informant side and male members of the present F.I.R. have been granted regular bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.
M. - VII, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.
