The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation in the FIR is that petitioner has been arrested by the police on the spot. In course of search 210 litres Spirit was recovered from the tempo.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is driver and he had no knowledge of seized spirit carrying by him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.07.2018.

Case No. 130 of 2018.
