JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kiul Rail P. S. Case No. 264 of 2018 disclosing offences under Section 377 of IPC and Section 6/7 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 21.06.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23236 of 2019.

There is allegation against the petitioner is of committing unnatural offence with the informant victim which was a minor boy Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now a compromise has been reached between the parties and as such, he has filed the application for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80150 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, made above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
