Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 354©, 354(D), 293, 294, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 11/12 of the POCSO Act.

Informant who is the father of the victim girl has alleged that petitioner who is a school teacher of a school in which his daughter has been studying, has shown obscene videos to his daughter on his mobile.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

No.52753 of 2018(4) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 He is a post graduate and he is imparting education in private school since 1995 and since then there is no complain against him regarding his character. There is a case and counter case between the parties. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/ManojU T
