The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of the offence, the allegation that about 45 liters of liquor was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and one Kamal Kumar for which he is in custody since 25.08.2019 and that he has no criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail
