2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulparas P. S. Case No. 500/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of informant with dabiya.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner and informant are next door neighbours and due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P. S. Case No. 500 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1841 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
