The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the offences alleged against the petitioner are compoundable and the parties have entered into a compromise. If the factum of compromise is true, the petitioner, who is a female, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
