The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 323 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have given a spade blow on the informant which has led to infliction of simple injuries on her person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the children of two families had fought and the elders

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 323 of 2019. The application stands allowed.
