The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 75A of 2014 arising out of (Arwal) Karpi (S. Telpa) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a retired Executive Engineer. He further submits that after superannuation petitioner has fasten accountability of recovery of 25% from his pension. Considering the fact that the petitioner has retired and in the proceeding under Section 43 (b) of Pension rules order for

No.54214 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 attachment of 25% from the pension of the petitioner has been passed, the Court is inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna in connection with Special Case No.75(A) of 2014 arising out of (Arwal) Karpi (S.
