2. Both these modification applications are being heard together as they were disposed of by a common order on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84501 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 21.08.2023.

3. The present applications have been filed for modification of order dated 21.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33257 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No.46399 of 2023, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender for the petitioners named above is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Katihar (T) P.S. Case No.538 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

5. The order dated 21.08.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, these modification applications stands disposed of.
