JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in custody for three and half months. They have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the recovery, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
